This is a one bedroom apartment with additional sleeping arrangements in the form of a full queen sized fold out sofa bed, and two additional single sofa beds in the huge lounge room. Come with friends and enjoy a cocktail on the balcony overlooking the stunning rooftop garden, before hitting the town and enjoying all our glittering city has to offer. Everything has been thought of here to give my guests the best experience possible: a full kitchen has top of the line cookware with everything you need to make meals in a breeze (though there is delivery service to the door from hundreds of food outlets). There is a brand new washing machine and condenser dryer. Complimentary coffee, tea, and all the amenities you need. Top of the line Sony 65" TV with streaming services included, and high-speed wi-fi for those looking to work. After your big night you can relax and unwind in the building's pool, sauna, spa or hit the gym. 

 Access to the city is a breeze, with a walkway straight from the building into the heart of Darling Harbour. Or enjoy many of the great facilities right on the doorstep: the International Convention Centre (ICC), Star Casino, Barangaroo and the Crown, Tumbalong Park and Chinatown. I promise that the service and experience will exceed your expectations.

You'll enjoy access to the buildings amazing facilities including a pool, spa, sauna and gym. There is 24-hour security and the on-site concierge can also help with local recommendations, details on parking etc. Note that the apartment is on the 10th floor and may not be suitable for those who don't like heights. Children are not allowed unsupervised on the balcony. 

** Please advise how you would like beds configured prior to your stay. Only the number of beds per your guest booking will be set up unless advised otherwise - Ie 2 guests assumes 1 queen bed set up, 3 guests = 1 queen, 1 single, 4 guests = 2 queens etc. A fee of $100 per bed applies for additional beds to be made up for those not covered by booking numbers. Early and late check in may be available for a fee - please request and I will do my best to accommodate where possible. Luggage storage is available nearby via services such as UseBounce.
